2023 Pack Pride Shirt Order Form *- Our new design for 2023 is here! Short and long sleeved t-shirts as well as hoodies are available. Shirt has the pack pride design on the front, a large 23 on the back and can be personalized with the name of your choice above the year. Orders due Sept 18.
Attendance Policy *- Our program attendance policy. Parents and cheerleaders must read, agree to and sign this document
Cheer Practice Absence Request *- This form must be filled out and turned in to your head coach at least one week in advance to request an excused absence
Personalized Name Signs & Magnets *- Show your support for your cheerleader at competition with a personalized megaphone shaped sign. Available in two colors. $20 each. ORDERS DUE BY SEPT 21 in order to receive in time for Cheer Jam.
